The handiest product ever invented for BA recovery is your recovery halter. Icing was key the first 4 days after surgery. The fact that I had my arms free to move while icing with the recovery halter and that I didn't have to go through the agony of lifitng my arms to hold ice on my breasts made recovery that less painful.
